Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Malaysia. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Products & Availability

• DuriKing specializes in durians and durian-related products (fresh, frozen, processed, and packaged).

• All product descriptions, images, and availability are provided for guidance. Actual fruit may vary in size, weight, taste, color, and texture as durians are natural products.

• We reserve the right to discontinue, substitute, or adjust product offerings without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

• Orders may be placed through our website, social media, physical outlets, or authorized resellers.

• Prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payment via online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and cash (where available).

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery areas and fees will be stated at checkout or upon confirmation.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, supply conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

• Pickup orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe. Uncollected orders may be disposed of without refund.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

• Due to the perishable nature of durians, all sales are final.

• However, we may consider replacements or partial refunds if:

i. The product arrives spoiled, damaged, or inedible.

ii. The wrong product was delivered.

• Claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving the product, supported with clear photos/videos.

• Durians with natural variations in taste (e.g., sweetness, bitterness, creaminess) are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Promotions & Vouchers

• All promotions, discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and availability.

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, images, and content on our website, packaging, and promotional materials belong to DuriKing.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuriKing shall not be liable for:

i. Taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction with durians.

ii. Losses caused by delayed deliveries, natural variations, or incorrect storage by the customer.

iii. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Health Disclaimer & Customer Responsibilities

• Durians are a natural fruit with strong nutritional properties. Consumption may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, pregnancy, or those taking medication or consuming alcohol.

• By purchasing and consuming our products, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own health and dietary conditions.

• DuriKing shall not be held liable for any adverse health effects, medical conditions, injuries, or death resulting from the consumption, misuse, or overconsumption of durians or durian-related products.

• Customers are advised to consult a qualified medical professional if unsure about their ability to safely consume durians.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
