Return & Refund Policy
At DuriKing, we take pride in delivering high-quality durians and durian-related products. Due to the perishable nature of durians, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and practical. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:
General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been delivered or collected.
Natural variations in taste, texture, aroma, and appearance are not grounds for refund or return, as durians are natural agricultural products.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a replacement or partial refund if:
1. The wrong product was delivered.
2. The durian arrived spoiled, rotten, or damaged at the time of delivery/pickup.
3. There is clear evidence of product mishandling on our part.
Claims Procedure
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/pickup.
Claims must be supported with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we may provide:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- A partial/full refund, issued via the original payment method or store credit.
Exclusions
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be granted for:
- Taste preference (e.g., too sweet, too bitter, not creamy enough).
- Overripe fruit due to customer’s delay in consumption.
- Improper storage after delivery/pickup.
- Failure to be present at the agreed delivery time, resulting in product deterioration.
Return of Product
For physical store purchases, any product return must be made at the point of collection before leaving the store.
For deliveries, we may request the return of the affected product (or part of it) for verification before a replacement/refund is issued.
Final Decision
DuriKing reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, or replacement requests.
